1 dead in huge fire at Mumbai timber market, 20 fire engines at spot
Mumbai, JAN 26 : Charred body of a man was recovered after a major fire broke out at a timber market in the Do Taki area of Mumbai early on Friday morning.
A total of 20 fire engines were in operation to douse the flames and rescue operations are underway.
The fire started at around 2 am, and it could not be controlled even after about three hours.

Republic DayAs the fire engulfed the building, multiple explosions, possibly from cylinders, also took place, making the dousing operation difficult.
