Utkal Hospital celebrates Odisha Divas

Bhubaneswar, April 2: Utkal Hospital, Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar, marked the celebration of Utkal Divas with great enthusiasm and reverence. This special occasion commemorates the formation of Odisha as a separate state on April 1, 1936.
The celebration commenced with a heartfelt rendition of “Bande Utkal Janani” by the hospital staff, setting the tone for the event. Tributes were then paid to the visionary leaders who played an instrumental role in Odisha’s journey to statehood. The hospital premises were adorned with traditional decorations, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Odisha.
On this significant day, the Chairman of Utkal Hospital, Dr. Aditya Kumar Samal, extended his warm wishes from America to the people of Odisha and the entire Team Utkal Hospital. The event was honored by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including the hospital’s Managing Director, Dr. Pragyan Ranjan Ghadei; Director of Medical Services and Head of the Oncology Department, Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra; CEO, Mr. B.K. Subodh Singh; CFO, Mr. Arun Kumar Khilar; COO, Mr. Manav; along with senior specialist doctors, hospital staff, and the relatives of patients.
As part of the Utkal Divas celebration, Utkal Hospital organized a health awareness camp and a primary health check-up program, reaffirming its commitment to community healthcare services.
