JSW Steel- Odisha pays homage to OP Jindal on his punyatithi

Barbil: The employees, workers from JSW Steel, Odisha mining division gathered on Tuesday to pay their tribute to the architect and founder of O.P. Jindal Group, Shri Om Prakash Jindal (Respectfully called as Bauji) on his Punyatithi.
The memorial services were held across its Barbil office, Narayanposhi Mines, Nuagaon Mines, Ganua Mines, and Bhubaneswar office. The day was marked by heartfelt tributes and collective remembrance of his visionary leadership and enduring legacy.
At the Barbil office, dignitaries including Mr. Prasanna Panda (Business Head of JSW Steel, Odisha Mining division), Mr. Chittaranjan Bahanipati (HR Head- JSW Steel, Odisha Mining division), and Mr. Ram Shankar Sharma (Operations & Projects Head- JSW Steel, Odisha Mining division) joined employees in paying homage to Bauji. A memorial service was conducted where floral tributes were offered, and employees reflected on his contributions to the steel industry and society.
Similar commemorations were held at Narayanposhi, Nuagaon, Ganua Mines, and the Bhubaneswar office, where employees gathered to honor Bauji’s memory and reaffirm their commitment to carrying forward his ideals.
The observance concluded with a collective pledge to uphold Bauji’s principles and to continue striving for excellence in every sphere of JSW’s operations.
