-Former Minister rushes unconscious driver to hospital in Jajpur

Jajpur, Jul 11 : The ongoing protest by the Drivers’ Association in Odisha entered the fourth day on Friday, bringing disruptions across several districts. During the protest at Danagadi Chhak in Jajpur district, a driver collapsed and fell unconscious, prompting swift action from former Minister Priti Ranjan Ghadei.
Ghadei, who was returning from a party programme, noticed the commotion and saw the unconscious man lying by the roadside. Without hesitation, he instructed his driver to stop the vehicle, got down, and rushed to the protest site to assist. He personally transported the ailing driver to Danagadi Medical Centre in his own car and ensured he received immediate medical attention.
Eyewitnesses lauded Ghadei’s prompt and humane response, which quickly gained traction on social media platforms and WhatsApp groups, where images of the incident were widely shared.
The Odisha Drivers’ Association expressed gratitude to Ghadei for his timely intervention and support during a critical moment in their protest.
