Lok Adalat Across TPSODL Areas on 9th  May

Berhampur: TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) will organise the 2nd  National Lok Adalat and Enforcement Settlement Camp on Saturday, 9th May, across its entire operational region. The initiative aims to offer consumers a simple and accessible platform to settle cases related to unauthorised use of electricity and electricity theft, ensuring timely resolution of pending enforcement matters.

The Lok Adalat and settlement camps will be held simultaneously at TPSODL Divisions, Sub-Divisions, Section Offices, Enforcement offices and designated Court premises covering the districts of Gajapati, Kandhamal, Boudh, Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Nabarangapur. As part of this initiative, Special Enforcement and Settlement Camps will be organised exclusively across the Ganjam district to enable consumers to resolve pending enforcement matters in a convenient and transparent manner. The camps will be organized from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM .

This initiative is part of TPSODL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen compliance, promote responsible electricity usage, and streamline the settlement of enforcement-related cases. By providing a structured, consumer-friendly mechanism for dispute resolution, the Lok Adalat is expected to help consumers regularise their electricity usage and prevent future complications. Special teams consisting of enforcement officers, legal experts and consumer-support personnel will be deployed at each location to assist with documentation, clarify procedures and facilitate smooth case settlement.
