Vanamahotsav, “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Program at VISWASS Group of Educational Institute

Bhubaneswar July 29 : As part of the Government of India’s initiative, VISWASS Group of Educational Institute organized a mass tree planting program, Vanamahotsav-2025, today at 3:00 PM. Approximately 1,000 saplings were planted by students and staff in the college campus and its surroundings.
In this program ,BJP State President, Shri Manmohan Samal, was the chief guest and planted trees, inspiring students about the importance of tree care and conservation. VISWASS Group of Educational Institute has been promoting education among poor and meritorious students from rural areas for 20 years, offering higher secondary, nursing, and paramedical education.
The institute has also been actively involved in environmental protection, health camps, and awareness programs, which have gained popularity across the state. The founder, Mrs. Pratima Ghadai, has been instrumental in driving these social initiatives.
Under the leadership of Chairman Dr. Pragyan Ranjan Ghadai and Secretary Mrs. Nandini Ghadai, the institute provides education and vocational training to talented students from rural areas. The program was attended by dignitaries, including the Honorable MP Bhubaneswar, Honorable MLA Jatni, District Collector Khurda, District Security Officer, Tehsildar Jatni, and District Chief Medical Officer Khurda.
Director Dr. Laxminarayan Panda conducted the program, which saw active participation from teachers, employees, and students, each planting a tree.
