Wounded in anti-terror op, Indian Army dog Zoom passes away
NEW DELHI,OCT 13 : Indian Army Dog Zoom passed away on Thursday while undergoing treatment at Advance Field Veterinary Hospital.
According to Army officials, he was responding well till around 11:45 am when he suddenly started gasping & collapsed, ANI news agency reported.
Army dog Zoom was a part of a combat team and was stationed in Kashmir’s Anantnag region when he got injured. According to Indian Army officials, he fractured his rear leg and sustained injuries to his face.
He had helped the forces eliminate two terrorists after an encounter broke out in the Tangpawa village of Kokernag in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
