Koraput: SLNMCH authorities avert possible untoward incidents by quick action

Koraput, Aug. 30:  Panic gripped Sahid Laxman Naik Medical College and Hospital (SLNMCH), Koraput, on Friday a fire mishap was noticed near the Maternal And Child Health Centre OSNCU.

People who noticed the fire were so frightened that they ran to safer places.

Thanks to the hospital authorities who held their nerves and shifted all the newborns to other wards. As a result, a possible untoward incident was averted.

Sub-Collector Benudha Sabar immediately reached the place and made elaborate arrangements for the patients and attendants.
