JAJPUR, JUN 28 : Dr Nihar Ranjan Kar, a popular doctor in the Dharamshala area, observed his son Debansh’s birthday at Bairi’s Nation orphanage. He distributed Umbrella,Pen,dress and sweets to the inmates of the orphanage.
