Big Recognition: Shaifalika Panda felicitated as Convenor of G20 EMPOWER working group on mentorship

Bhubaneswar, Aug. 2: Ms Shaifalika Panda, Chief of CSR-IMFA, Trustee & Founder CEO-BIPF, was felicitated for her leadership as Convenor of G20 EMPOWER working group on mentorship by Dr Rajashree Birla, Chairperson of FICCI Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence and Dr Sangita Reddy, G20 Empower Chair, prior to the G20 EMPOWER summit at Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 31st July 2023.

Shaifalika Panda is an accomplished leader in the realm of social impact and corporate social responsibility. She currently serves as the G20 EMPOWER Chairperson for the Working Group on Mentorship, where she is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through mentorship initiatives by promoting the importance of digital skills, foundational & lifecycle interventions and entrepreneurship & leadership of women at grassroots. She has been a member of the esteemed panel of G20 EMPOWER held at Agra, Trivandrum and Gandhinagar.

As Trustee and CEO of Bansidhar and Ila Panda Foundation, she focuses on programs for vulnerable communities, emphasizing community ownership and partnerships for lasting impact. Shaifalika believes education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities can transform lives and communities. Her Project Unnati empowers women in Odisha through integrated self-help initiatives.
