The vision focuses on expanding irrigation, promoting urbanisation, enhancing connectivity, and establishing the state as a hub for global investment and skilling.

Upgradation of 7,000 primary schools under the Godabarisha Mishra Adarsha Prathamik Vidyalaya scheme.

Aggressive investment promotion through the Utkarsh Odisha Conclave, securing proposals worth Rs 16.73 lakh crore.

An ambitious goal of achieving 90 per cent irrigation coverage by 2029-30 and 40 per cent urbanisation by 2036.

Stressing inclusive development, CM Majhi said, “Odisha – where tradition meets tomorrow – is committed to ensuring that every citizen shares in the state’s prosperity while preserving our rich cultural heritage.”
