International Day of Persons With Disabilities observed by PPA

Paradip , Dec.3: Paradip Port Authority organised an event at JAGRUTY School for differently abled children on the occasion of International Day of Persons With Disabilities. Gracing the occasion as Chief Guest, Shri P.L. Haranadh  saluted the spirit & determination of the school children and mentioned that PPA would take necessary steps within its ambit for the all-round development of the school. He assured that within short time, regular sessions by occupational, speech, audio therapists will be ensured for the school children to bring smiles on these faces.

Shri Haranadh also distributed mementoes to the 51 Divyang employees of Paradip Port Authority. Shri G. Edison,Traffic Manager &  Secretary-in-Charge, PPA was also present on the occasion. PPA presented school kits to the Children of Jagruty & Paradip Ladies Club extended the monetary assistance to the school. Shri N.K. Pattanaik, Sr. Welfare Officer compered the programme,  Shri Rama Chandra Pradhan, Welfare Officer, PPA offered vote of thanks. Cultural performances by the school children enthralled the audience on the occasion.
