IMFA’s Sukinda and Mahagiri Mines receives multiple 1st prizes at 40th Odisha Metalliferous Mines Safety Week-2022-23

Bhubaneswar, Feb. 11: The final day function of 40th Odisha Metalliferous Mines Safety Week 2022-23 was hosted by IMFA on February 10, 2023 at Mahagiri Enclave, Kaliapani in Odisha’s Jajpur district.

Mr Pravat Kumar, DGMS, attended the function as the chief guest along with Mr Krishnendu Mandal, DMS-Bhubaneswar Region, Mr. C R Ray, Nominated Owner & WTD of IMFA, Mr. Sandeep B Narade, Head- Mining BU and other dignitaries were present.

In this programme around 50 ines and 15 of Contractor’s representatives participated for sharing their best prctices.

Sukinda and Mahagiri Mines received multiple 1st prizes in different categories such as Best Mock drill, Training, Health & Welfare, Safety Compliance and Swechhata, General working and Maintenance. Here, more than 800 people took part in the function.
