I Will Love You Beyond Language

I will love you beyond language,
where words wane
and are woven with silence
and wonder.
When metaphors miscarry
and music mangles
and is made mincemeat of,
I will love you
in the grammar of gasp,
in the punctuation of pulse.
I will love you
where love itself
leaves behind its label and language.
