GST COLLECTION IN 2023

January: Rs.1,55922 crore

(Second highest collection ever since the inception of GST).

February: Rs 1,49,577 crore

(Up around 12% on an annual basis)

The Finance Ministry on Monday reported the GST collections for the month of April 2023 at Rs 1.87 lakh crore, the highest ever.

March: Rs 1,60,122 crore

April: Rs 1,87,035 crore (For the first time gross GST collection has crossed Rs 1.75 lakh crore mark.

May: Rs 1,57,090 crore

In the current FY24 fiscal year, the Centre expects to mop up Rs 9.56 lakh crore as its GST share, a 12% rise over the FY23 collection.
