Fire breaks out at Mussoorie hotel, 2 vehicles burnt to ashes

Uttarakhand,Sept 17 :  A fire broke out in a hotel in Uttarakhand’s Mussoorie on Sunday. The fire occurred due to a short circuit late at night.

The incident took place at Sidus Rink Hotel on Camels Back Road. The fire also destroyed two vehicles parked at the hotel.

Plumes of grey smoke were seen in the background as the fire raged on. No casualties have been reported so far.

It is being said that reconstruction work was going on in the hotel when the fire broke out.

Panic ensued after the fire broke out and authorities evacuated the people in the area.

Several fire tenders rushed to the spot after receiving information about the fire.

Efforts are on to douse the blaze.
