Great Recognition: Dr. Debabrata Dash inducted into Syndicate of Utkal University

Bhubaneswar, Sept. 9: Dr. Debabrata Dash, a veteran human resources professional and academic mentor, has been nominated to the Syndicate of Utkal University, Odisha’s oldest and most prestigious institution. The nomination was made by the Governor of Odisha in recognition of Dr. Dash’s contributions to both education and industry.

With over three decades of experience in the corporate sector, Dr. Dash is widely regarded for his commitment to youth development and academic excellence. A career coach and motivational speaker, he devotes his weekends to mentoring students across the state, delivering lectures and interactive sessions that have inspired thousands.

An accomplished scholar, Dr. Dash consistently ranked among the top ten students in his board and university examinations. He earned a B.Tech from the College of Engineering and Technology (now OUTR), a postgraduate degree from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Utkal University.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Dash is a prolific writer whose articles appear in leading national dailies and journals. He has also authored Radhanani, a book that reflects his deep engagement with Odia literature.

His induction into the Syndicate is expected to strengthen Utkal University’s efforts to foster academic excellence and industry linkages.
