Tiranga & Vande Mataram Kayaking show held at Charan Beel, Morigaon

Assam, .Aug. 11: As part of the celebrations of the 80th Independence Day, Har Ghar Tiranga 2026 and 150 Years of Vande Mataram, the District Administration, Morigaon organised a vibrant Tiranga & Vande Mataram Kayaking Show today at the picturesque Charan Beel.
The kayaking display created a spectacular sight as participants paddled across the waters of Charan Beel carrying the Tricolour, symbolising patriotism, unity and national pride. The event also showcased the natural beauty and tourism potential of Charan Beel, blending adventure, nature and the spirit of the national celebrations.
The programme was attended by DC Morigaon Srishti Singh, IAS; Orpha Baglari DDC, Dr. Nilakhi Baishya ADC Assistant Commissioners and other district administration officials.
The event added a unique and inspiring dimension to the Independence Day celebrations, bringing together patriotism, adventure and the natural beauty of Morigaon.
