Hurun India honours Shaifalika Panda among India’s most inspiring women; panel discussions highlight leadership, innovation, and social impact

Bhubaneswar, Oct. 13: Ms. Shaifalika Panda, Founder & CEO of the Bansidhar & Ila Panda Foundation (BIPF) received the Moment of Lift Award, presented by Hurun India, at a recent event at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai. The Moment of Lift Summit and Awards 2025 brought together India’s most influential women leaders to celebrate their remarkable contributions across Wealth Creation, Value Creation, Philanthropy, Culture, and Start-ups.
Ms Shaifalika Panda received the award in the category “Visionary Leader in Social Impact & Corporate Responsibility” for her outstanding contributions to inclusive development, sustainability, and community empowerment. Other prominent women recognised at the event included Kavita Subramaniam, Co-founder of Upstox, American entrepreneur Neha Narkhede, Co-founder of Confluent, and several other distinguished leaders making a mark across industries.
Ms. Panda also participated in a panel discussion titled “The Moment of Lift: Beyond Boundaries of Change”, moderated by Ms. Arti Wadhwa Bhalla, alongside Ms. Anar Modi, Managing Director of Senores Pharmaceuticals, and Ms. Devita Saraf, Chairperson and CEO of VU Group. The session focused on how perseverance, purpose, and innovation can come together to break barriers, redefine success, and inspire lasting social and economic transformation.
The event celebrated women leaders, including prominent entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers, whose vision, courage, and leadership are inspiring lasting impact across India’s economic and social landscape.
