Electricity now at the fingertips: TPNODL simplifies electricity distribution process

Balasore, March 15: TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and Government of Odisha, is continuing its relentless efforts to ensure seamless power supply to its consumers and making the distribution process simple.

A 24/7 toll free helpline number 18003456718/ 1912 has been issued for the consumers to inform their queries and get those sorted. The discom has also opened 16 customer care centers and 139 Anubhab Kendras in its area of operation for the convenience of its consumers.

Customer care centers in rural areas are proving to be extremely helpful for the consumers as they are being availed of gamut of services over there. On the other hand, to promote digital payment, TPNODL has established tie ups with several digital platforms like spice money, Airtel payment banks and SBI customer touch points.
