Foundation stone tone laid for Tamaka To Mangalpur Road

Jajpur,Octo 19 : Senior BJD leader and Odisha steel & mines and works minister Prafulla Kumar Mallick on Thursday laid foundation stone for 29 kilometer long road works taken up at a cost of Rs 117 crore from Tamaka to Mangalpur .
After laying the foundation- stone ,Mallick said “ The widening of this important road had become essential as it provided better connectivity to people of the district. We also built good road in the villages .
Sukinda MLA and minister Pritiranjan Ghadei Said BJD government came into power in 23 years back and Sukinda area progressed in all sectors. Despite many successes, the future development of the state rested mainly in rapid industrialization.
Our government is determined to mitigate the poverty in the state for which the government started one rupee rice scheme, Madhusudan pension yojana, Mo Kudia, poverty alleviation programmes. We recently launched KALIA programme to help farmers, landless people and share croppers. Our government provided drinking water to the rural people., said Ghadei.
PWD Department Engineer In Chief Manoranjan Mishra Said The State Government is committed to provide the best of services to people and improve their daily life by upgrading the infrastructure.
The Government goal is to provide bridges for smoothening the transport system, schools and colleges for education, healthcare facilities for patients. Besides, the river embankments are being strengthened to protect the residents from floods.
The Works Department has resolved to complete the projects within the stipulated time-frame laying stress on quality aspect. Superintendent Engineer Purna Chandra Dalei who is known to be an efficient officer, is supervising the projects.
