2 Delhi doctors caught taking bribe, CBI busts corruption racket at RML hospital
NEW DELHI,MAY 8: Nine people, including two doctors, were arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday in a major racket was busted at Delhi’s Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital.
Those arrested are accused of indulging in corruption by taking bribes from patients and medical representatives.
Top Mumbai school principal asked to quit for liking posts on PalestineThe two arrested doctors have been identified as Parvathgouda, Assistant Professor, Cardiology Department and Ajay Raj, Professor, Cardiology Department. Both worked at the RML Hospital and were allegedly caught taking bribes.
Among seven others arrested, one has been identified as Rajnish Kumar, a senior lab in-charge at the central government-run hospital.
