YS Sharmila ‘pushes’ & ‘slaps’ Telangana cops for barring her from going out of house, detained

Telangana,Apr 24:  Telangana Police has detained Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Telangana Party (YSRTP) chief YS Sharmila in the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) question paper leak soon after she manhandled police for stopping her from venturing out of her house on Monday morning.

The police officers reached Sharmila’s residence on Monday morning after they received information about her visiting the SIT office in connection with the TSPSC question paper leak.

The Andhra Pradesh chief minister’s sister got angry when she tried to leave her home but was restricted by the police officials. Even after being asked to stop, she walked towards her car. However, she was stopped again, and Sharmila resorted to assaulting the constables.

She was also seen taking part in a heated argument with the police. Police personnel later detained her and took her to a local police station.
