Odia officer Rana Pratap Das is among the killed in Tamil Nadu air crash

Bhubaneswar, Dec. 9: Odia officer Rana Pratap Das is among the 13 killed in the Tamil Nadu air crash. Das was a junior warrant officer.
According to Das’ family sources, Das was onboard the Mi17v5 helicopter which was carrying Chief of Defence Staff Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and other officers to Defence Services Staff College at Wellington, near Coonoor on Wednesday.
The young officer hailing from Talcher in Odisha’s Angul district had got married a few years ago and his a two-year-old son.
