Splendid Success: IMFA bags coveted Kalinga Safety Award 2017

Bhubaneswar, Nov 14: Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited(IMFA), Choudwar received the prestigious “Kalinga Safety Award” in glod category in the 8th Odisha State Safety Conclave 2017 , organised by Institute of Quality and Environment Management Servises (IQEMS).

On behalf of IMFA, Sri Bijayananda Mohapatra, Senior Vice- President, Head Power Business Unit received Kalinga Safety Award from Governor Dr SC Jamir in presence of Ms. Anu Garg , High Commissioner South Africa, Director -DGFASLI based on best safety performance for the year 2016.

Speaking on the occasion, Sri Mohapatra said, ” This award recognises the contribution of employees towards improving the safety culture in the plant”.
