Shinde vs Uddhav continues: Ruling, Oppn workers clash during Ganesh visarjan, 5 arrested
MAHARASTA,SEPT 11 :Police have arrested five Uddhav faction workers after they clashed with the Shinde faction during a Ganesh visarjan event.
Acting on a complaint filed by Santosh Telwane of Shiv Sena’s Shinde faction, a case has been registered and five Uddhav faction workers have been arrested.
However, another complaint has been lodged against some people, including Shinde faction MLA Sada Sarvankar at Dadar police station.

The Thackeray group has accused MLA Sada Sarwankar of opening fire, police said, adding that they will investigate the allegations.
Police said, “If Sada Saravankar has a licensed pistol, his record will be in the nearest station. Police will investigate the pistol used and the number of cartridges Sarwankar had.”

Besides this, the police have started checking the CCTV footage of that area.
Police said it was necessary to have sufficient evidence and witnesses to confirm the truth of the allegations of firing.
According to sources, the workers of the Uddhav faction and the Shinde faction of the Shiv Sena clashed with each other on the day of Ganesh Visarjan, after which the workers of both the factions again got into a heated argument on Saturday night.
Eknath Shinde faction MLA Sada Sarwankar and his men reached Dadar police station last night and lodged an FIR against the Uddhav Thackeray faction.
So, on behalf of the same Uddhav Thackeray faction, MLA of the Legislative Council, Sunil Shinde, alleged that Sada Sarwankar took law and order in his hands and opened fire with his gun.
