Rendezvous with yourself

The day-to-day rampant suicide cases of contemporarysociety have reserved a permanent space in all the daily newspapers of this country what shakes every normal individual from within and starts the morning in a state of pessimism. Such unripened minds and imbalanced creatures lose their lives at one stroke thinking suicide as the ultimate solution and free from all worries and turbulence.

Humble names, toiled fames, genuine loves and earned respect are amaranthine and immortal what is remembered and lived for ages with your good deeds. So those betrayed spinsters, deceived bachelors and unhappy married couples are extremely worried because of their disturbed lives and due to dearth of self-confidence to face people and family members especially, they find death is an apt option, do they get good fame and respect after death and lessen the pain of their dear ones? They are surely selfish and self-centered people those who live their life in their own terms and conditions, do not think before speaking and doing anything and drag the blessed simple life to the most complicated trail. They make their life so tangled and chaotic what eventually destroys them with a terrible consequence.

Recently, I came across abundant of suicide cases of many students, celebrities and married couples what led me to sneak peek into their past and personal life. Shaken to the core I was left aback with few incidents entwined to those lost lives. An anxiety to get temporary pleasure, relationship with multiple partners, over expectation, fake audacity, aimless and directionless life and indolent, slothful lifestyle finish them.

These all happen because people remain so busy in doing various unimportant works and meanwhile miss the opportunity to meet and interact with themselves only. Human beings are the best creation of almighty whatGod built with utmost care inserting all feelings, values and conscience.

Each problem comes with its solution what resolves with passing time and patience.  If there is no solution to any problem then that is the reality to be accepted. There is a need of self-introspection and quietude in everyone’s life what will give you an inner peace and will teach you to live this life. At the phase of adulthood, you are matured enough to take your decisions wisely. Try to understand the sterility of modern world in which love has been replaced by sex and real emotional connection by meaningless physical intimacy. So don’t get trapped into the vicious circle of modernity. Talk to your parents and share everything with them. They may understand you and your problem and may not digest your deeds sometimes but believe me they will never let you suffer and die. If you fall in love with your parents, that will make you internally strong and when you fall in love with your career then that makes you enough capable to face the outer world. Facebook, Instagram and what’s app can never give you the life of peace and harmony. They may bring a provisional smile on your face with few fake comments but surely will spoil your future. Out of excitement don’t upload cozy and intimate photos with your partners in any of the social network. After few years your settled future will be destroyed by your old flame because of your past immaturity.

Unable to resolve these problems, many youngsters say goodbye to life. There is right time, age and period for everything. So why to get too much excited to choose things in wrong time what imbalances the whole lifestyle.. Depression, tension, trauma come from your activities only. So don’t blame anyone for that. You don’t have right to play with the emotion of your innocent parents. So before thinking of taking your life think twice, ask your conscience and self introspect. The moment you get suicidal thought, you try to talk to your parents, well wishers, listen melodious music , chant any of the mantras you know and  read Hanuman Chalisa. Miraculously you will get out of this heinous idea quickly.  Time is the best medicine to heal all kind of wounds. So cry loud if you feel like crying then take a deep breath and move for a new beginning. To value the life, plant a small tree, water it and enjoy it’s everyday growth in the same way your parents enjoyed while raising you.

Live your life like a free bird in the sky of optimism. Sit alone and meet with yourself, have conversation with you and relish the rendezvous of you being the host of your life.

Happy living ……
