‘Remembering Bapu’ organised at Gandhi Peace Centre

Bhubaneswar. Oct. 3: Remembering Bapu – titled programme was organised on day following Gandhi Jayanti, on Tuesday at Gandhi Peace Centre, Bhubaneswar. The event was graced by His Excellency Hon’ble Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal. Also present on the occasion were, Minister Ashok Kumar Panda, Director, Culture Dilip Routray, Mayor of BMC Sulochana Das, President of Hindalco Industries Ltd Ardhendhu Mohapatra and Head Operation of Gandhi Peace Centre Vivek Gupta.
Certain eminent personalities of Odisha, who has immensely contributed for the welfare of backward communities were felicitated at the programme. On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, drawing and essay competition among school students of Bhubaneswar locality were held. The winners of these competitions were felicitated by Hon’ble Governor.
