Bhawanipatna, Aug. 4: Ramesh Agrawal, a senior journalist and businessman of Bhawanipatna in Odisha’s Kalahandi district, has been felicitated for his rare collection of Panchatantra Souvenir coin.
Panchatantra Souvenir coin carried a lot of historical value and importance.
Apart from being a noted numismatist, Ramesh is also a great philatelist.
