Odisha’s women rights activists chosen to get ‘Women of Wonder Award-2018

Bhubaneswar: Manasi Pradhan, an Odisha-born women rights activist and author, has been chosen to get the prestigious ‘Women of Wonder’ award-2018. She will receive the award on March 3 at a glittering function to be held at Mumbai Race Course on March 3.
Others who will receive the award this year in various categories include Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, Head of ICICI Bank Chanda Kochhar, renowned industrialist Kiran Majumdar Shaw, Bollywood producer Ekta Kapoor, Allahabad Bank Chairman Usha Ananthasubramanium, Indian women cricket captain Mithali Raj and Olympian Dipa karmakar.
The award is instituted by Lions Clubs International in association with Wockhardt Foundation and Dibyaj Foundation.
