Lady teacher ‘s body found in pool of blood in the house

Jajpur,JUL 6 : Mystery shrouds the death of a 50 year old lady school teacher whose body was found in a room along with her injured husband and daughter at village Mirjapur under Dharmasala police station in Jajpur district on Monday morning.
The body of Tarulata Biswal (50) the teacher of the government managed Ananta Kumari girls’ high school at Mirzapur was found lying in a pool of blood, bearing injured marks on her chin and at the back of head. Deceased’s husband Nityananda Mallick (55) and their 17 year old daughter Jayashree Mallick were also found in a critical condition in the house. Locals who noticed blood flowing out of the room alerted the police. Both are now undergoing treatment in a private hospital at Cuttack. Nityananda is working in Bhusan steel plant in Angul. Jayashree is reading in plus two Arts in a college at Cuttack. Cops along with forensic experts rushed to the spot to investigate the matter and lifted some samples. The cause of death would be ascertained after receipt of autopsy report. A probe was on to ascertain the reason behind the crime and identify the perpetrators. A case of murder and attempted to murder was registered against unidentified persons at the Dharmasala police station,. We detained two persons in this case, said Chinmay Nayak, the Sub- Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of Jajpur.
