IT sleuths conducts raid on DN Group, seize Rs 30 Cr

Bhubaneswar, July 5: The officials of Income Tax department on Wednesday conducted raids over 20 places relating to DN Group, a major real estate and construction firm.
According to reports, the IT sleuths conducted raids in the residences of its director and senior officials as well as offices of the company,
Sources said the agency seized some incriminating papers and Rs 30 crore cash from the residence of an employee of  DN Group at Unit 4  in Bhubaneswar.
The IT department is examining if DN Group is paying taxes regularly. The firm has its businesses in Odisha and other parts of the country.
