Big Recognition: Havildar Rajesh Sahoo felicitated at Parab 2023 festival

Koraput, Nov. 28: Rajesh Kumar Sahoo, a Havildar in the 3rd battalion of Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (ODRAF), Koraput, has been honoured felicitated at Parab 2023 festival for his meritorious service to the society over the years.
An award and citation was presented to Rajesh by esteemed guests.
Born in Jeypore city in Koraput district in a humble family, Rajesh fought many all odds and oddities to achieve successes in life. During his 20 years of service, he started his career as sepoy and then rose in the ranks and became a Havildar. His work in the SOG wing of the state police is highly commendable. He played a crucial role in suppression of the Left-Wing Extremism elements.
All along, Rajesh stood on his own feet. Since childhood, he has been playing an active role in social, cultural and development programs for the land of Koraput.
Rajesh has been imparting training to children by organising a free camp every year by forming a federation like Hum Fauzi. The organization works to ensure that Koraput region youths can get jobs in Army, Navy, Air Force, police and central paramilitary forces. Even during his employment, he has been highly praised for his commitment and bravery in working during natural calamities.
Recognising all his accomplishments, Koraput Zilla Samskrutika Parishad, felicitated him.
