Bhubaneswar, Feb. 21: Yellow Tie Hospitality India’s leading food and beverage brand and fastest growing quick service restaurants Company, on February 19 launched first outlet of America’s major Genuine Broaster Chicken (GBC) here at Patia Square.
Known for chicken lovers worldwide, GBC is ready to serve people of Bhubaneswar. It has the amazing taste that’s winning over the taste buds of chicken lovers across the nation. The local people of Bhubaneshwar will now get a chance to taste the ‘broasted’ chicken which is made with a unique technology that makes pressure fried chicken using 50 per cent less oil.

In India, Yellow Tie Hospitality has brought in some Indian twist to the menu by collaborating with Celebrity Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi & introducing “Happy Fried Chicken” to cater to Indian palettes. Besides the famous fried chicken & chicken wings, the Broaster menu includes some very interesting fusion dishes like the red bun burger “Lamb Rogan Josh Burger”, “Chocolate Samosa with Mango Ice-cream”, “Gulkand Muffin” & much more.
By 2019, the brand plans to open 40 stores of “GBC” across the country.
