Gonna blast Mumbai very soon: Police receive threat on social media, accused in custody

Mumbai,May 23 :  The Mumbai Police has said they have received an online threat from an unknown person who claimed to blast the city. The accused has been identified and taken into custody.

The police came across the threatening message around 11 am on Tuesday that was posted on Twitter. “I am gonna blast Mumbai very soon,” it read.

After receiving the message, the police began investigating the account of the concerned person. They identified the person and took him into custody for interrogation.

Further probe into the matter is on, police said.
