Chandra Dhal, District Panchayat Officer Ashok Kumar Sethi and District Information Public Relations Officer Santosh Kumar Sethi, Dharamsala Tahsildar Saroj Kumar Panda, Rasalpur Tahsildar Jyotikant Bhujbal and Rasulpur BDO Umakant Parida. These officials have played many roles during the ongoing Covid-19 lockdown.
