PPA Observes Ambedkar Jayanti

Paradip, April 15: As a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Paradip Port Authority celebrated the legacy of Bharat Ratna Dr. B R Ambedkar as the PPA fraternity led by Shri P.L. Haranadh,  Chairman offered floral tributes at the statue of Dr Ambedkar in the morning.

In a meeting held at Jayadev Sadan in the evening, Shri Haranadh graced the occasion as Chief Guest and said about the relevance of Ambedkars life principles in the present context.

Dr. P.N. Bahekar, Secretary, PPA presided over the meeting. Shri Bibhu Prasad Tarai, Ex MP, Shri Paresh Murmu, Ex Trustee, Shri Mahendra Kumar Mallick, Retd. IAS, Ex RDC, Central, Govt. of Odisha and Advocate Smt. Snehalata Dapati, Advisor, PPT SC/ST Welfare Association were among the dignitaries who highlighted the relevance of Ambdkar’s thoughts in the current scenario. Shri Parau Tudu, Dy. Secretary, PPA offered the vote of thanks.
