Celebrating Diwali with underprivileged
DCP Bhubaneswar Prateek Singh celebrated the festival of lights with the people of Kedarpalli Basti in Bhubaneswar. ACP Zone –I , Capital PS and other Senior officers also joined in the celebrations. Zone 1 ACP Manas Gadanayak and Capital Police Station IIC Padmanav Pradhan along with other senior officials joined the programme.
