Independence Day Celebrated In Jajpur

Jajpur, Aug 16: Jajpur  Independence Day is a memorable day for every Indian. A day of glory for our nation and country. “We unanimously urge District Collector Chakrabati sing Rathor, to maintain its security and integrity,” he said. Jajpur district level Independence Day was celebrated on Monday at the district school grounds.

Joining him as the chief guest and hoisting the national flag,DM Rathor first paid tribute to the patriotic and self-sacrificing warriors. Mahatma Gandhi, Jabalal Nehru, Subash Bose, Sardhar Vallabhbhai Patel, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Maulana Abulkalam Azad, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Laxman Naik, Vir Surendra Sai, Gopbandhu Das, Gopbandhu Das, Tribute.

“Their contribution is memorable,” he said. Jajpur district is a leading district in the field of freedom struggle. Gandhiji’s march in 1934 sharpened the freedom struggle. Bari Mati made the freedom struggle more active as heroic soil.

He also said that the district’s mythology, history, tourism, industry, art and culture were unique. SP Rahul PR, Additional District Magistrate Akshay Kumar Mallick, Project Director Ashok Behuria, ,Sub collector Gopinath Kuanr, CDMO Dr Biranchinarayan Dhal and other administrative officials and staff from various departments were present.
