JSW Foundation to organise mega health camp in Paradip on April 10

Paradip, April 5: JSW Foundation with Jagannath Cancer Aid Foundation will organize a mega health checkup camp on April 10 to address the health concerns of local residents. The free health camp will be held on the premises of Dhinkia Panchayat office premises under the Ersama block, Jagatsinghpur.

One-day camp will focus on cancer screening and other tests like diabetes, high blood pressure, SPO 2, pulse, BMI, Cardiology, orthopedic and Gynecological tests will also be conducted here.

Dr Shishir Ranjan Shetty, a senior and experienced health expert of Mumbai’s famous Tata Memorial Cancer Hospital, will attend every patient.

The JSW Foundation said, “People from Dhinkia, Nuagaon and Gadkujang panchayats are invited to participate in the health camp. They can diagnose their ailments and seek advice from doctors and health specialists. Jagannath Foundation will also provide direct medical assistance if necessary.”

This is the first mega-health camp being conducted here on Dhinkia Panchayat office premises. Recently, JSW Foundation conducted free eye examination camps in the above three panchayats. After tests, free eye lenses were provided to hundreds of people at the camp.

JSW, the largest contributor to the state’s revenue growth, is also committed to the social and environmental development of people. For this purpose, JSW is taking all measures to provide better health facilities for people from three panchayats. The company is also committed for other development projects in phases here.
