Yashpratap Shrimal Joined As SP In Jajpur

Jajpur, Oct. 4: Yashpratap Shrimal, an IPS of 2020 batch has joined as Superintendent of Police (SP) of Jajpur.

He joined on Thursday.

 After joining his new position, the SP emphasised the need for a more friendly relationship between the police and the public to encourage citizens to come forward and help the police to curb the crimes.

He said faster and time-bound delivery of police-related services to the needy, especially the downtrodden, women and children as well as Scheduled Caste and Tribe (SC and ST) , minorities and weaker sections communities will  his priority.”

He said maintaining law and order in the district will be on the top of his agenda.

Senior officials, citizens and many other people welcomed the new SP by offering him flower bouquets.
