140 tribal people get land pattas

Jajpur,May 17;   Sukinda MLA and minister Pritiranjan Ghadei handed over  land pattas to   140 tribal families  of  Ankurapala  village under Chandia Gram Panchayat of  Danagadi  block in Jajpur district  on Wednesday 

All the tribal families of the state will get their land rights by the state government  . We are determined to provide land pattas to the tribal people who have been residing on the land since 2005.  The government is providing all types of help to them, said the minister after granting Pattas to them.

The state   government   is  implementing  the Forest Right Act in  tribal dominated villages  as per the  Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006   said  the minister.
